We started UCAS forms today. AGH NO NO I DON'T WANNA BE GROWNUP UNI-GOING PERSON (but I DO want to, I just don't like the implications of impending adulthood XD)
I'm applying to Oxford, Edinburgh, and Manchester, which leaves me one open option if something else I want to do shows up...yes, there are 5 options, I know it doesn't add up, I picked two different courses at Manchester.
Oxford would be my first choice, because I like Edinburgh city but the uni is nowhere NEAR as good as Oxford (it has really easy entry requirements, and the course really doesn't sound that challenging), and while Manchester uni is pretty decent, I'm not mad on the city...Oxford, I love both. (And it has Kevin and Miri :D).
But there's about a 4:1 applicant:place ratio for Oriental Studies at Oxford (I'm just glad I don't want to Medicine or something...that's 7:1!), so I don't have that good a chance of getting in.
Especially if I don't stop paying more attention to RPing than homework. BAD CLAIRE *smacks*.
